Construction Project Management

  • Assist in organizing Project Team and selecting Architect / Engineer
  • Determine project phasing for fast-tracking and schedule and monitor design activities
  • Develop bidding and contracting procedures
  • Conduct constructability analysis and prepare claims avoidance specifications
  • Solicit and evaluate bids and prepare and execute contracts
  • Schedule and coordinate contractors
  • Conduct on-site inspections, document progress and assist in issue resolution
  • Verify pay requests and manage change orders
  • Provide full life-cycle construction contract administration
